It was a quick stay (8PM to 6AM) so did not use amenities. King bed room nice size, clean and comfortable. My criticism as with many hotels is in the details. One tv remote for two TVs, coffee cups but no glasses for other drinks, coffee maker still had water in it, no ice machine on the floor of our room. Those kind of things make the stay just slightly less than totally satisfied.

Probably would not go back because the mattress on the sofa bed in our suite was dreadful and the regular beds were so high they were very difficult to get in to. (I’m 5’3” and bed height must have been at least 3’. WHY?????

The hotel is very noisy. I could hear the person in the room above me walking around it was very disturbing and made it difficult to sleep. The floors made terrible creaking noises. Other than that the hotel was clean and on a convenient location.

It was horrible. The "master suite" was tiny, there was no jacuzzi in the hotel, though its advertised. The pool was a literal 3 feet deep.. im not exaggerating..the master suite jacuzzi tub was out of service and the only breakfast served was one you had to pay for. Nothing advertised was correct. A complete ripoff. Not worth it. Oh! And how could i forget..the sheets were dirty. It was disgusting. 0 stars. Don't go here. Don't book with hotels.com. it's a waste of money. Id rather light my money on fire than pay for another stay here. EW.
