had a strange encounter with an older man working the front desk, was very rude and screamed at us on the way out. as someone who works in customer service, i couldn’t fathom how he was handling things. the breakfast was bad as well. pool was really nice though.

At first glance, it looked good. Then we found only 1 elevator works. Only 1/4 of a roll toilet paper. Tried calling to get more, no one answered. Had to walk to front desk and message facility. In the am, a bed bug was on the comforter.

The staff were all very kind and very sweet. However the hotel was extremely dirty. The walls had stains, the remote was sticky, and I definitely did not feel comfortable walking around without my shoes in the room.

Poor choice of options and quality for breakfast, would have liked some fresh fruit or breakfast meat options. Pancakes were advertised but French toast was present. Pool was open more than two hours late, long wait for getting in. Long wait at check-in. All in all, it was kind of a miss.

We think the current 7.4 rating is little too generous. My wife and I have been on a cross country road trip the last week and this is only negative experience we had. From the initial entrance we knew cleanliness wasnt going to be a theme. It was 11pm when arrived so we were ready to just to to sleep. However our restroom had hair and the bed sheets stains. We asked for another room and the lady in the front was very polite and quickly moved us to another room with no hesitation. The next room wasnt much better. Restroom not so clean again and this time there was a pair of dried contact lenses left on the night stand from the previous guest. This led us to realize THEY DONT EVEN WIPE DOWN THE COUNTERS or else these wouldn't be here (pictured). We were too exhausted to ask for another room or to leave. We left as soon as we woke up the next morning. Thanks but no thanks Best Western.

I’d liked everything except the moldy smell in the bathroom. It wasn’t terribly strong. It might’ve been the shower curtain. But it really needs to be addressed. Breakfast was great! And especially the bold coffee!

Clean, comfortable

We stopped here passing through on a long drive and it was a good stay! Comfortable and clean. The only downsides for us were that the fitness center had limited hours and we needed to leave earlier than it would be open. Same for breakfast. We were a little disappointed we couldn’t use those amenities simply based on the timing of our stay

Don't stay here

Saw homeless people in lobby and parking lot. Overall cleanliness was not good, way outdated, smelled old and musty, everywhere. Side doors to rooms left unlocked 24 hours/day. Carpet worn out, spilled substances on walls and floors. Coffee out both times I went to get a cup
