My mom and I stayed 6/20-25/2025. Our plane landed in the evening. I called the hotel to request shuttle. They told me to wait at baggage claim carousel #11, but the skycap told me that shuttle pickup was in a different area. So, we went to that area and waited for 45 minutes. I called the hotel, and asked where shuttle was. He informed me that she was already there. After some discussion, we finally determined that I was in wrong place; so, we went back to baggage claim #11 and out the doors near there to passenger pickup. The driver was calling my name as we walked out. She said she wasn’t leaving the airport without us. I appreciate her tenacity as we had had a long day traveling. She also gave us some helpful info on ordering food from Uber Eats land Door Dash. Check in was easy. Reserving shuttle to airport was extremely easy, and so was checkout. The desk clerk said we didn’t have to do anything since I had booked with Expedia, and had paid in advance. My mom and I have to return to Cleveland next year for my niece’s graduation, and we both decided that Best Western will be our hotel whenever we visit.

We've stayed here before because it is close to family in the area. Pleasantly surprised that is being renovated. Love the improvements, especially the walk-in shower and removal of carpeting. Plenty of options at the breakfast buffet.

Hotel was still under renovation. Bed was comfortable but I was facing the road and the car noise was loud unless the A/C fan was on high to drown it out. The shuttle fan was prompt at 4am for pickup to the airport. I left early so I did not get to try the breakfast.

The staff was accommodating and nice. The property needs updates and appears neglected. The floors were dirty and the elevator was in poor condition. The room was not fresh and the AC was very noisy. I noticed they seem to be painting the interior of the hotel which should help.

Place was not very clean. There were dirt specs on the one comforter and literally a big blood stain on the other. They made us walk down the bloody comforter to the lobby and obtain a new one. There was also a cockroach in the lobby.
