The staff was accommodating and nice. The property needs updates and appears neglected. The floors were dirty and the elevator was in poor condition. The room was not fresh and the AC was very noisy. I noticed they seem to be painting the interior of the hotel which should help.

Place was not very clean. There were dirt specs on the one comforter and literally a big blood stain on the other. They made us walk down the bloody comforter to the lobby and obtain a new one. There was also a cockroach in the lobby.

The hotel was going their renovation i think in the front lobby but didn't look inviting. The staff were friendly but didn't explain that i needed to let them know upon check in that i needed an airport transfer. Luckily they worked me as that was the main reason I had chosen this hotel. The breakfast was good and had several choices. They upgraded me to a suite which was nice but the kitchenette was old and didn't look clean although it might have been.

Hotel was under a bit of construction so didn't appear super clean in lobby and halls but I imagine that once they are finshed, it'll be nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Quiet in the rooms and several food choice near by. Close to the airport with a shuttle. Staff was very friendly and accomodating of any needs. Most folks were staying for airport trips the next morning. Would stay again.

Great property. Scored lower in the are of property condition because they were in the middle of extensive renovation. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, but apparently there’s some kind of construction. So half of one floor had room numbers and masking tape and the other half were fine. We had a windows that leaked, and we couldn’t always get the TV to turn on. It seemed to be controlled by our microwave, turning on and off And/or someone else’s electricity. I think there was a wiring issue. There also is not enough light in the room. It was very dark. My son was actually trying to study for the SAT and had a lot of trouble getting enough light to see the book. But the bathroom was really big and nice. There was no shelf to put shampoo, conditioner, or soap on, which fortunately I brought myself because nobody had left any there in the room for me.
