I had a package sent to me here and told them before hand, but they locked it in an office and I had to wait for the manager to arrive at 14:00. That was 6 hours of waiting! On a Sunday after 3 weeks of traveling.

The staff are not friendly they do not ask you if need anything do not acknowledge you they just hand you your key and carry on talking and laughing with their colleagues we would not recommend your hotel to anyone from England to stay at your hotel.You do not seem to cater for visitors from the UK.

Acceptable hotel for short stay

My room in the past for sure has to be a heavy smoker´s room. Odd sour smell still remained present. Elevator was broken for all my 4 night stay on third floor. Roof windows were not really sound proof. Friendly staff and good restauranr ballaced the negatives.

One night long journey stopover.

Family stopover. Close to motorway which is great. EV charging points that cost 10 euros no matter how much you charge which is great. Nice on site restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Good stop.

The hotel was fine for an over night stop before a flight. very close to airport. We arrived late so could not try the restaurant but the breakfast was OK.

The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was tiny with absolutely no amenities and at 89 euros grossly overpriced. The breakfast was OK but nothing special (included in the price). We had an evening meal which was ordinary and overpriced but of course some other courses may have been better. There were 2 ohther Ibis hotels in the area - maybe we picked the expensive one.

Mid journey stop over

Great as a stopover from North to South of France. Extremely handy from Motorway. Lovely clean room, great to have free breakfast . A good experience would stay again.

Restaurant not open!

I booked this hotel because it offered a restaurant, but was disappointed to discover the restaurant was closed - on a Saturday night!. However, I can recommend the Ristorante Del Arte just a stroll away who coped extremely well with all the people needing feeding. Apart from that, the hotel was fine, quiet, and produced a good breakfast. And I loved the shower design.

Excellent Airport Hotel

Brand new hotel, rooms excellent, only a cold breakfast but you can't have everything. Bar / Restaurant only opens at 19:30 which is not ideal when you come in from work wanting a beer :-)
