Owner thought I had reserved 5 rooms, Instead of just 2 for the night. Took awhile to straighten out. First time I had reserved here in Lucerne. Had a nice park area and dock for the kids on the lake just across the street.

Must say I rate this place and my stay 10/10, this place exceeded my expectations. My family spent memorial weekend and this place was great, very very clean, nice and quiet and the staff was amazing and sweet. The convinces of being able to walk across the street to the lake and fish with access to many different parts of the lake, was a definite plus. I will definitely be staying here again.

The property is run down. I had thread bare thrift store sheets on the bed. I found more than I liked, long back hair between the sheets when I turned the bed down. I found mold and hair in the shower. The floor tiles weren't mortared down. The cleaners used noxious smelling cleaning supplies that didn't every dissipate with time. The WIFI wasn't consistent. Pictures look better than real life. Just be prepared. I couldn't get a refund or I would have moved after the first night. It was quiet and the shower water was hot.

Better then nothing.

It was peaceful and quiet. The service was good. Cleanliness not the best but they are older units and they are working on fixing them up. I'm usually picky but I'm on a set income and this was all I could afford at the moment.

We were pleasantly surprised by the property's cleanliness and safety (despite being situated in Lucerne, CA). The property was also very quiet, and the check-in staff was kind. Overall, we would return if given the opportunity.
