Just Ok

When I first arrived they had me on the bottom floor, I walked in, the floor had wet spots. I went to front desk and she came and looked. They had just sprayed for bugs I guess. Well the smell of that is not a positive smell. I had them asked for a better room cause I was gonna be there for 3 nights. She upgraded me no problem. The hotel is worn in areas for sure. I price is higher than I would expect.

Room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Our room had some very nice recent updates, big screen tv, ceiling fan and a very nice bathroom mirror.

Reservation Issues

The hotel was not the problem. They couldn’t find my reservation at check in. I couldn’t either online and when I called I was asked to call back in a couple hours . This was a problem 2 months ago with a different reservation.

The staff is very accommodating, and looks like they are in the process of renovating rooms. There were stains on bedspreads, shower door got jammed, and front door was very rickety and didn’t seem very secure. Owners need to pay attention to these issues.

Nasty looking Motel. The only thing that made me get it was the view of pool and lake. they should tear down this insect infested place and build a nice hotel in this location. Hotels.com should be ashamed for having it on its list. Need better standards.

Worst room ever!!!

worst hotel ever!!! exposed electrical wire in bathroom. other guest checking you out as you go to your room. back balcony had spider webs all over the place couldn't even us it. blinds would not close correctly all the way so we had a light shinning in our room all night long. when we turned on the shower we had brown water coming out at first.
