While the hotel is pet friendly, the elevator smelled like a wet dog. There was also barking. The toilet ran, and it also leaked at the bottom so bad that I had to put a towel around it. When I brought up the concerns to the front desk, she did not at any time apologize or give me any words of comfort. There are way too many hotels in Washington to waste money there. My guess is that it is under new management from the last time that we stayed. I would avoid this hotel if you can. The gentleman in line in front of me to check out also had complaints about his stay, but again she made no comment to apologize for the poor service we had at the hotel.

Perfect Room for the Price for One Night

We just spent one night while traveling to New England and it was a prefect place to get a good nights sleep for the price. The bed was comfortable and our room and lobby were clean. Breakfast was delicious!

Eh…

Everyone in terms of staff was pretty nice when we got to the hotel. The rooms were a bit dirty. The bathroom still had hair in it, urine in the toilet ,and the toilet would run and then turn off run and then turn off. I was tired from all the driving so I really didn’t feel like pointing all of this out. The breakfast was rough though. They had standard breakfast bar foods and dry items. The Hot food was potatoes and something else all mixed together. It had a really rubbery texture and I’m pretty sure it was microwaved. The pool was closed the week that we were there. That was one of the specific things that we booked the room for. Since we booked through Hotels.com and our search criteria were pools then it really should’ve been noted on hotels.com before I booked it. The price is what made us book it. Would I stay here again? if the price is the same as we paid and we absolutely had to.
