I booked 2 rooms for one night. When I arrived the woman looked up my booking and said she had me down for 1 room 2 nights. I told her that is not correct. I even called a week ago to confirm, because I forgot to enter how many adults & children for each room. Looking into it she said yes 2 rooms,one night. Since they had my reservation wrong, my family had to stay in rooms 203 & 222. Pretty far apart. I was not pleased that she told me, since the rooms were so far apart, she didn't want the kids running the hall. We have been staying at a hotel with a pool for over 10 years, the last 3 at Holiday Inn Express, Clarion, PA. The children have never misbehaved. We look forward to this every year. One of the kids said, I wish we could do this 3 times a year. The kids swim Friday night and Saturday morning. We make sure the pool and rooms are clean before leaving. Put the trash,towels & washclothes are all in one area so it is easy to pickup. I have been at this hotel for other night stays and love staying here.It is nice and clean. You have a wonderful breakfast. The woman that checked me in, seemed to be more concerned about the Verzion male friends than the other quests. I was not happy with the attitude I received. I usually don't complain about my stays, but I was upset about this one. Thanking for hearing me out.
