This is very nice property. Rooms were very clean and simply. You need a converter for the plugs, since there are no US outlets. Breakfast was simple and coffee was made for you cup by cup. I would stay there again. Anna and Brenda were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything.

We were moved to their other hotel (Hotel Smart Cruise) due to a technical problem. The staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived into Civitaveccia at 10pm and Jon arranged for a taxi and even came in the taxi to help us with the luggage. This hotel (Smart Cruise) is great, very modern and clean. It is perfect for an over night stay before a cruise as it is so close to the cruise shuttle.
