It was surprisingly easy to book this property considering it was so good. There is an empty plot at the bottom of the garden so uninterrupted sea views from the balcony and only adjoining properties either side. The property is located on a very quiet residential road with off street parking to the front and an easy 10 minute sea front walk to the harbour area for dinner. Also, a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket and the Cap d’Artrux lighthouse.So many villas had their pool/patio at the front with people looking over as they walked by or facing a main road so this villa was far better with its pool and large patio at the back. The large patio makes up for a smallish living/dining room.N.B. The only problem with the listing is where it says air-conditioning in bedrooms and living room; there is no air on in the downstairs twin bedroom, only a ceiling fan. Two teenagers coped in there without complaint though.Would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again.
