Estudios Blue Beach by Escape Home

The Blue Beach apartments are located a few meters from the nearest beach called Cala'n Forcat.

Small complex of 6 units, with a shared swimming pool, with a solarium area with sunbeds.

The establishment offers 1-bedroom apartments with a private terrace with table and chairs.

Each of the apartments has the following description:

Apartments with simple decoration, consisting of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed and bathroom with shower or bathtub. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The living area includes air conditioning, sofa bed for one adult, dining table with chairs and Smart TV.

Wifi for the entire apartment.

The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils and capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

The complex includes a shared laundry area for free use for clients.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
