Great views over the valley and good facilities - with a few small tweaks it's be perfect: like a better internet connection (very slow in where we stayed) or an annoying ski box arrangement (you have to pick up a key in the reception every time)

Good choice for the money, especially with 5 or +

Nice hotel. Room was clean and roomy for our family of 5. Price was very reasonable for what you get. It is off the main highway about 10 miles+ so you do drive for a while into the mountains, but it's a beautiful drive. We ate in Cavalese which is a very nice little town less than 10 minutes from the hotel.

Hidden cost

I have been asked to pay the extra 140 euros, allegedly for towels and sheets. Such charges are not mentioned anywhere and I was unpleasantly surprised. I can not stand the hidden costs and I think that neither Expedia should not work with these hotels. Club Residence is nice 3 star hotel and everything was OK. Nice food.

Prima voor 1 overnachting, maar ik zou hier geen 2 weken willen verblijven. Kamer is netjes, maar niet echt groot. De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Er zijn genoeg parkeerplaatsen, maar omdat het hotel zo groot is, bij volle bezetting toch moeilijk parkeren. Het hotel ligt wat afgelegen hoog op een berg in een mooie omgeving, dus wil je wat ondernemen heb je de auto nodig.

Ottima struttura, appartamento da rivedere

Hotel e aparthotel situati in ottima posizione. Zone comuni ristrutturate e molto belle. L’appartamento richiederebbe qualche lavoro dí manutenzione e svecchiamento e una pulizia più accurata.

Nice family time

Wonderful pool, recently renovated and sauna with a great view of the mountains. Room had bathroom renovated but otherwise a bit old. Beautiful view of the mountains. Lots of activities and services that we didn’t use because we stayed only one night.

Baby club e animazione sempre divertenti. Ristorante come sempre da bocciare, purtroppo. Tempi di attesa biblici, prezzi alti e servizio mediocre. Sauna top, piscina ok. Camere sempre adeguate. Il bilancio è positivo ma c’è margine di miglioramento. Soprattutto sul cibo.
