Not good experiance

It was not good A guy name mihai called me and he said that it was a mistake that his hotel inyour app. So he need me to cancel After i explain to him that it was a free night that i earned it by reserve 10 night from your application he said he will make another reservation for me And i was tierd from the driving he gave me the name and the address “ hugo pensiune “ In sibiu after that i went there and it was too dirty and also much lower than the cost i spent 64 euros free + 9 euro tax The reservation for that pensiune was 45 euros I need a repayment or other way to fix that problem His number was in the apic i attached

one night in Sibiu

i actually booked the hotel on the go, it's proximity to the city center is ready good. i took a suite as the price difference was not much. nice suite and facilities defiantly will come again to the same hotel is i go to Sibiu but book in advance

Great hotel in the perfect location! The only negative comments I have about the hotel is 1. There was no bar area as specified and no tea/coffee making facility in the room. 2. there is a funny smell in the room we had.

Worse Experience I've Ever Had

The rooms are large which is nice, but very outdated. The bathrooms don't seem to have been updated in quite some time, and the toiletries provided are in little sample packs, definitely not enough for two people. The main reason for the poor review is because our electricity went out in the middle of the night only in our room and we did not have power to get ready for bed (used our phone flashlights) and the air conditioning wasn't working. We went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. We asked if they could flip the switch on the breaker box and they didn't. Because our phones died out alarm didn't go off in the morning so we missed breakfast (which ends very early in comparison to other hotels by the way). The next morning we expressed our discontent and asked for a discounted rate since we obviously did not receive the amenities (air conditioning, breakfast, toiletries, and ELECTRICITY!?). Once again, we were told there was nothing they could do. Four stars!? Hmmmm I think not. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. It was easy to find from the train station, the room was spacious and the hotel staff were great. Highly recommended!

Great Location, Nice Staff

Stone throw from the main plaza, and really nice restaurants. But quiet enough that you can sleep really well and then walk out a few meters and be in the center of it all. I really liked this place. I got a suite and the room was really big and clean.

Superb Location

Beautiful old Hotel recently renovated . Just two minutes walk from the main square of the beautiful city of sibiu with a huge range of restaurants and cafes to choose we had a suite consisting of large bedroom separate lounge and large bathroom very quiet and comfortable Staff friendly and efficient Free parking a big bonus Breakfast satisfactory but not brilliant Minor negative points no lift and fairly steep steps staff did offer to carry suitcases Curtains in room not wide enough to cover windows in lounge therefore people outside could see in and part of sofa had fallen off Would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in sibiu

A great location in Sibiu

Levoslav House hotel is beautifully located right alongside the central squares of Sibiu and is in really good shape, well decorated, with our room also spacious and comfortable. Being so central, parking was a little tricky, but the hotel provided parking coupons for the available on-street locations. There's no lift, so beware of rooms on upper floors if you're not mobile.

Great location and comfortable hotel

Reviewed May 26, 2013 We booked a suite and were very surprised at how spacious and well appointed it was. The hotel is a remodeled historical property and is well furnished and very comfortable and quiet. It is right off the main square with many restaurants and pubs. There isn't an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage. The bathroom is quite large and well appointed. There were two televisions in the suite, but one of them did not work. There wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea and that would have been nice. The reception staff were not really friendly, but always greeted us after we greeted them. The dining room manager was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again because of the location and spacious and comfortable rooms.

A welcome trip back in time.

If you are driving then finding the hotel in the old part of the city with its narrow one way streets may be a problem. We had a map but no SATNAV. The hotel is indeed a treasure. Our room was more like a suite in a grand old home. Mini bar is provided but no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The bed was comfortable and the feather down pillows were amazing. The location just 40 metres from the main city square puts it at the heart of shopping, culture and restaurants. Staff were friendly and very obliging. We had a hire car so the fact that they had parking was the clincher for us. Highly recommended.

Hotel Levoslav House

This hotel is well positioned close to the main square. It is well finished but comes across as dark and not particularly welcoming. This impression was made worse by the fact that, on our visit, the third floor air-conditioning was not working and no attempt was made to put it right. Two of the rooms had broken shower fixings which were not made good.
