Next to Eden Park, breathtaking views around the area and perfect for solo guests looking for an enjoyable stay. A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It was super clean and included all the amenities you would expect. Check in was easy and the beds were comfortable. The location was also excellent. Mt. Adams is a beautiful area with great views of the city, and it is a quick drive or short walk to many great spots around town.

Lovely little room. Great communication with the owner. Great location in Mt Adams. A couple of things I would recommend. Motion detector lighting for the driveway (its on a hill and dark at night) also let renters know that the over the door light switch is in the room (or again install motion detector lighting). A note that the space is below the house so you do occasionally hear footsteps above (it's not a deal breaker). And maybe some larger coffee mugs.

Parking

The stay was good but there were some issues with communication and parking was an issue. My girlfriend had originally booked the location weeks in advance but for some reason her booking was canceled and the owner would not respond to her so I booked it under my name, of course we had to pay more because the time of the booking was closer to the stay. When we got there the instructions for parking were a little confusing so we parked directly across the street from the house. Unfortunately there was a fire hydrant that was obscured by the overgrown weeds and vegetation on that side of the street so when we left the next morning we had a ticket on our car for what turned out to be a 250 fine.

My 14 year old son and I stayed at this property for 2 nights. Great location! You can walk to the Krohn Conservatory (less than 10 minutes)!! We had superb communication with the owner. Tiny but well-thought.

Great stay

The place was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. It was clean and came with everything we needed. The area was great. It was easily walkable with things to do and great places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The information packet that was provided was very nice and we liked the fact it showed how far things were whether you were driving or walking. Charles was very responsive and so easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.
