This hotel was disgusting. I’ll start with the little things first: the ice machine did not work. I told the man at front desk and he told me to walk to the upper floors to get ice. I was put on the first floor because I cannot walk up stairs. There were bugs everywhere (not bedbugs). My room was filthy. Old food was in the freezer which made the room stink. The bath room walls were dirty and big holes in it. The bathroom sink covers the toilet. Seriously covers the toilet.

Hallway and inside of the room smells very funky - very strong and musty smell. I went out to a grocery store and sprayed Fabrese heavy duty to try to eliminate the odor. Staff was very helpful. Hotel located in convenient and safe area. Property, room, and room furniture are very old and desperately need updating.

Believe the reviews: the rooms had an unpleasant smell to it, specifically the bathrooms. Reaked of mildew the whole time. Also, when we went we were told that the pool was down for maintenance issues & come to find out the pool was working just fine & many other people were in it. Also, upon checking in we were hit with a $40 “deposit” fee that we were told we would get returned the following day… just a heads up.

Un Quality Inn Cincinnati

The breakfast bar didn't have eggs or meat, just waffles and cereal. The paint on the bathroom door was terrible and peeling off. They partially covered an outside door in the room with drywall and it had a large gap that you could see insulation stuffed in, and what appeared to be black mold at the bottom of the old door, the handle was removed so it couldn't be opened--the hole was left open. It was close to several returants.

The hallways the room smelled horrible the floors were dirty the lamp shades layeres of dust formed on top rim of ahade and bottom. The room had AC but was so uncomfortable with humidity damp wet air feeling hard breathe good. The lighting was to dark and lightbulb was burent out of 1 of the 2 lamps. Dont stay here disgusting

I pulled into the parking lot to go check in, and immediately noticed a bunch of questionable people standing around on the sidewalk. My BF used to be a truck driver, and said that among them were prostitutes and drug dealers. Whether they were or not, it definitely made me feel very unsafe, especially with my young daughter with us. I did the live chat and requested a refund because of how unsafe we felt. They refused, and took my money anyway. I ended up paying for 2 hotels for the same night, which is very frustrating. If you have small children, I do not recommend this hotel. This experience was at the Cincinnati, Ohio location.

At check in, we were forced to give a $60 deposit. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. When I brought this fact up to the clerk, his response was, “I know but you booked through a third party and that is why we require the deposit.” We received the deposit back at check out, after the morning clerk inspected the room. And that’s just how our stay got started. We will NOT stay here ever again.

Hotel did not look as presented in the photo online. There were individuals in the middle of the night that were causing a disturbance, had to convince person at front desk to call the police, which resulted in individuals being arrested. Breakfast was to be provided, there was not enough food provided to accomodate our group of 10, we had to go out and purchase our own breakfast.

A nice little hotel for a stopover in Cincinnati

I only stayed overnight one night, so there's not much to say. I had a comfortable room not far from the stairs so I didn't need to carry my luggage far. Check in was easy, the bed was comfortable, I had a good computer desk and good Wi-Fi. The TV was small but I didn't have time to use it anyway. The entire room was very clean, no trouble there at all. I had a nice shower with consistent pressure and temperature, which is something not to be taken for granted when visiting a hotel. And in the morning, there was a nice little continental breakfast where I had a modest breakfast of toast with jam and honey, four mini muffins, and some flavored water. When I checked out, I honestly told the receptionist I had no complaints.
