This is the worst hotel that we have stayed in for years. We traveled with our adult children & grandson. The pool was filthy with no chairs around it. I don't have any idea if it was even functional. There were no working ice makers in the hotel. We rented 3 rooms. Room 1 had a non-functioning door handle, and the toilet quit working the morning we left. Room 2 had a toilet that ran constantly, and the door wouldn't shut hardly at all. The road noise is significant. The rooms were not clean, but the lobby looked better. The windows appeared to have been last washed 10 years ago. For over $200 a room, this was a massive rip-off. The staff was good to retrieve a book that my daughter left. This is not in a great area, but you could overlook that if the property was better. We will definitely take Quality Inns off the possible list of hotels in the future.

Stayed two nights, very noisy from outside traffic. Breakfast was good but there is no bar or restaurant on premises, this should be removed from hotel description because there is nothing close and you are in the hood. Not sure if pool was open or not but water and area around it was gross, parking area is also on the shady side. Hotel is dated, generally our room was clean but the bathroom could use a scrubbing and painted, windows are atrocious.For sure taken off my list

No restaurants nearby, several homeless people On the street corners. Poor water pressure in the shower. Old fixtures and generally old look to the entire building. Incident on the morning we left where cops were called to the hotel And had one guest in handcuffs. Need to have a car or use Uber if staying in this hotel.

The one great convenience for us, was that the hotel was very close to the TQL stadium, which is where we went for an event, and why we chose this establishment. I guess I'd also consider it convenient to have an overpriced gas station with a shop right across the street to counter the very limit selection at the hotel shop. That's where the positives end. Exiting the elevator on our floor felt like looking down a prison cell block. I don't know who chose those wall and door colors, but the bare white-ish walls with slate greyb metal doors on either side was not exactly inviting. The room itself also looked a bit rundown, especially the bathroom. The ceiling/wall corners were chipped and/or moldy, the sink faucet was loose, and the toilet moved every time you got up from it, followed by a loud banging sound when it resettled. Also, the one light by the bed didn't work, so the outlet on it had no power, and the other light had a busted USB slot so charging our phones was not an option. I don't know what I expected. I guess, considering the relatively low price for an overnight stay, I should have known it's not gonna be a luxury experience, so that's on me. Lesson learned.

There was nothing to like the hotel does not look like the pics the rooms are very small as the bathrooms the pool was dirty it had bedbugs they made us pay at the time of stay and didn’t accept cash but made us put 100$ deposit in cash but made us pay with a card took three hours to get checked in..noise outside my window all night sounds like plastic bags moving around every time the air cut on….. this is the second time I used Expedia for an trip and was very disappointed that last trip was in Jamaica smh instead of letting hotels use your website to get business you need to make sure the hotels are honoring there end of the stick!!! I will not use Expedia no more

Not good, very smelly and not in great shape

This hotel was just okay. And i feel like that is a generous statement. Room was pretty clean but bathroom had mold in it. Bathroom had a very low drop style ceiling. I am 5'6" and my head was pretty close to the ceiling. If someone taller used that bathroom they would've hit their head. The hallway stank badly even with the plug in air freshener right outside our door. Our room smelled too but wasnt as bad as the hall. We sprayed perfume and it covered the smell mostly. Our room walls and windows must be very thin because we could hear every conversation of those in the room beside us and the traffic ohtaide our 5th floor window was very loud at times. Outlet in the bathroom did not work at all. Outlets in the room walls had very little power and took forever to charge our phones and would not heat our hair straightener. Staff were friendly when we checked in and out. Parking was in garage under hotel and it smelled bad and had a lot of litter. Parking to the lower level was taped off and unusable but there seemed to be enough parking for those staying. Garage exited to a parking lot behind the building and back onto the street but there were a lot of people loitering out there at times that made my daughter and i uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel and i would not stay at it again. We did not try their free breakfast. Pool was closed due to the season but looked bad enough that i would not have used it if it were open. Carpet in our room had burn marks in it.
