Check in was fine. The pool was closed, disappointed about that. The i paid extra for the romance package, being that we were celebrating my birthday, anniversary and valentine's day. Got to our room and it had a stench of an ashtray. Manager suggested give us our money back and we could leave and refund the romance package and move us to another room. Refund our money and leave? Valentine's day weekend, we're from out of town and now to search for another room, no. So the romance package was refunded, but killed to vibe of our weekend. No pool and a stinky room.

The ladies were all wonderful! From front desk, to kitchen, to the cleaning staff! I was asked if I had a specific floor that I wanted… I told her anything close to the pool, we had the room right next to the pool, which was awesome! The pool was great. That’s what we were mainly came for! We had an amazing time as a family

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. The recliner in the room was really comfy. My only complaint was the carpet in the room. Carpet was 12 inch squares and it needs replaced. Some of the corner’s were getting loose. And I kept tripping on them. everything else was great. We had a good time. And Will definitely recommend to others. And you can’t beet the low price.
