Parking: Plan ahead or pay $40 tip for valet parking. Entrance on second floor. But there many nice sitting areas around the lobby and the room was comfortable, contemporary, and clean.

I cannot stress enough how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff is at this location! The hotel smelled amazing, our room was clean, and valet parking was quick and easy. We stayed just for one night before visiting the zoo and I will recommend it to any friends and family visiting Cincinnati.

This is NOT a hotel for families with children! It’s in the middle of a college with tons of bars and drunks. And they charge you an extra 40 dollars to park your car with their Valet! No other option. Loud partying and music will keep you up all night long.

UC Stay

We rented two rooms for a family gathering. Check-in easy, room very nice and clean Everything still new so was nice Parking difficult in this area but their Valet service quick and very convinient.

Construction started early morning on the side of the hotel we were on, not fun. Lack of parking options is bad
