Hotel smelled very nice. Our entryway to our room was slippery. Light socket in bathroom next to sink was sticking out of wall and would not go back into wall. Walls seemed thin… could hear everything in the rooms next door and above. Room temperature was ok, couldn’t get AC to cool room down. Staff was VERY nice!
Light socket in bathroom… it was farther out. Tried to push it back in but it wouldn’t go. This is where it stayed.

Initially, it was difficult to find the hotel when I arrived in Cincinnati. After quickly establishing some landmarks about where to turn to get to it, that was no longer an issue. The hotel is perfectly located for almost anything you would want to do in Cincinnati, and traffic in the area is not as bad as in other parts of the city that I’ve stayed. I highly recommend the hotel if you need to spend a couple days in Cincinnati as it’s very close to almost anything you would need as far as restaurants, stores, entertainment, etc.. ?

The property was clean and staff was friendly. It’s tucked back away from the road and located right off the highway. There is no visible signage so make sure you’re using your map app.

Peeling faux wood on the dressers, snagged my clothing. Biggest issue was that toilet seat was not connected to the commode so I nearly slid off. This is a definite safety issue. Construction right next door made for an unanticipated early wake up.

Not the best location with construction going on all around you and in the early morning hours. Cool restaurant down the road! Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Probably wouldn't stay at this location again.

Clean and quiet. Only issue was the breakfast area opened late both days. May not seem like much but there were quite a few workers who rely on that to be open at a specific time in order to get to work on time. Also, they woul ld not give me a paper reciept, which I need for work. The said this was because I booked through Expedia, makes no sense. Every other hotel always has.
