Everyone that worked there was very nice, helpful, and seemed like happy employees. Only down side is 1 elevator was down, and it was a very busy weekend. So the wait was very long giving we had a wheel chair.

I booked the room for a Jacuzzi and when I arrive, they told me they was getting the room ready then the room was unavailable and then after that, they had another room ready for me which conveniently became unavailable as well, so yeah
