Adequate for one night passing through.

Quick access from King's Island. Okay for an overnight stay but felt very uneasy. Neighbors were very loud throughout the night and could be heard through the walls making sleep hard. Crowds gathered around exit drinking/smoking made entering/exiting to parking lot uneasy. Breakfast was sub par. Not very many grab & go options. Service was friendly. Good enough for a night passing through.

Jacuzzi tub room i rented the seal on the plug was broke wouldnt hold water lines on tv. Moved me to a different jacuzzi tub room. Pillows, sheets and walls were dirty. Found out that room wasn't even suppose to be rented so they put me back in the original room got the deal fixed but wouldn't refund me any money for not being able to use the jacuzzi for the first 2 days.

The room was so dirty-stains on all the surfaces, the linens, the pillows, everything. The staff was very friendly and for being low budget, it wasn’t super far below our expectations.

Where should I start …. He got me on the 2nd floor with no elevator and when I get up to the hallways it smells like weed , it’s weird that you suppose to clean the bed and you got the other person hair still on the sheets and bath towels? I had to wait 2 or 3 hours for room service just for them to clean up the mess please read the reviews because I should have horrible service this place need to be burn to the ground

Disappointing and dirty

Lots of cigarette stains on the bath and bed even though it’s a smoke free room. The desk chair that was provided was disgusting with lots of stains and dirt all over (see attached image). The towel rail was broken when we got there and left on the side instead of being fixed. Walking around the hotel in the late evening felt very uncomfortable and borderline unsafe. Breakfast was not served on the first day, if it was it finished much earlier than advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful however the hotel was dirty, dingy and felt more like a prison than a hotel in some of the corridors. It is in a good location for Kings Island however I’d suggest spending the extra and going elsewhere.

Price price, or quality hotel.

The place was clean, but a very old and rundown hotel. No closet for hanging clothes. The toilet seat was broken, the tub had broken pieces from the shower, laying on the ledge. missing toilet paper holder because it was broken. No plug for the sink. The lighting was terrible in the room, even with the window curtains open, it was still very dark. There were plenty of sketchy or shady characters around the hotel. The front desk people were very friendly. It was a good price so I guess I got what I paid for.

Don't stay here

Hotel advertises breakfast but they don't have it all. Was told Days Inn quit serving breakfast which is a lie. Bathroom dirty. Had to install my own refrigerator.

I was charge for breakfast and they discontinued breakfast according to them 1 month ago. Mirror in room were dusty dirty. Floors looked dirty. Phone not working staff was never in frontdesk. Bad customer service

This location is not what the photos depicted! Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the property itself was more of a trap house. The beds were okay for the most part but the shower was disgusting and the handle was broken, the tv had a white line through the middle of the screen and there was no iron in the room. Would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Disappointing Stay – Wouldn’t Return

I really wanted to enjoy this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell flat. The biggest letdown was the bathroom—it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival, with noticeable grime on the walls and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. The pillows were also small and uncomfortable, which didn’t help the overall experience. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised “free breakfast.” However, when we inquired Friday morning, we were told breakfast is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. That detail wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking, and it felt misleading. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of comfort, and unfulfilled promises, this stay didn’t meet expectations. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
