The check-in process was easy once I contacted the owner and he sent the information. The place was decent and just like the photos. The place appeared to be clean, however, there was a ring in the toilet upon arrival, so the inside was not clean. Also, add new pillows and blankets since it's up to 3 people that can be in the unit. There was no extra blankets or pillows.

The location was nice and quiet. I had some issues with accessing the property (didn’t have instructions) I was able to contact the owner and get that resolved. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen had all the amenities you need if cooking. The bathroom was a bit small and the tub could use an updated tub. Other than that it was perfect for our stay.

Cool Renovated Vintage apt

This was a fantastically renovated vintage house that has been broken into several single apts. Had old style charm while having all of the amenities of a new upgraded apt. Another neat feature is that it is a block away from President William Howard Taft’s childhood home. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Love my time here.

Graduation Weekend

The property supplied our needs for the weekend. The apartment was well appointed & clean, but the bathroom is tiny & the door doesn't close well & there needs to be a light over the kitchen sink. The bed pillows & blankets were heaven! That weighted comforter was awesome. It wasn't the best neighborhood as we say it was "hood adjacent", but we didn't feel unsafe & there was no noise. All in all we would visit this property again.
