Staff are top notch. Always eager to assist guest. They are quick to address any concerns. Breakfast options are good and often replenished. The room is good size. Having a large desk and comfortable chair was a plus for me, to use to conduct business. The bed was comfortable as hotel beds go. Loved the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bathroom was clean and a good size and offered hygiene products if you forgot them. I did have issue with the tub filling up with water while showering. I called the front desk and maintenance came in a timely fashion and cleared the drain. No further issues with the drainage. The only other issue I had was with small gnat like bugs coming into the room via the ac. Now, this is not the hotels fault it is an issue for the area. Again, the staff addressed the issue as soon as I mad them aware. I saw reviews about complaints of it being liquor stores next to the property There are two in close proximity, however that is no fault to the property and there were no issues in relations to their presence. I rented a vehicle and it did not get damaged or broken into. There's plenty of parking no matter what time I arrived back to the hotel. The staff also informed me of the multiple means of transportation so that I didn’t have to be stuck in traffic or worrying about paying absorbent parking fees. There is also a washer and dryer at the property. I give this hotel a 4.7/5. I really enjoyed myself and loved the staff.

Great place to stay with friendly staff and yummy breakfast that rotated hot food selection daily. Only complaint was our room didn’t get cleaned while we stayed, however we do have a toddler so nap time could have been an issue for the workers. We usually had the room open 9-1.

Clean Room

Room appeared to be renovated recently. It was clean. The view of the river is very minimal- actually just a view of the bridge. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The only complaint with the room is that the tub was draining very slow. Spoke to the desk clerk and they will have maintenance check it out. The area looked a little sketchy as mentioned in other reviews, but we had no issues.

From the hotel's location, it was simple and a short drive to get to the riverfront area of Covington and into Cincinnati. There was no view of the Ohio River from the property, which I thought might be visible, but the property was well lit, clean, and my family felt safe on the premises.

Room was warm/hot the entire stay, fridge didn’t work, had to use our cooler for food all week. Staff seemed nice, parking after 3-4 is impossible. Lot fills with truck’s/trailers taking 6-7 spots each. Horrible area, hotel is very dated and could use some attention. We got by, but won’t be staying there again.
