Nothing necessarily bad about cleanliness. Its an older building. I get that. Our light randomly went out in the bathroom. I told them about it when we left. We got through with a flashlight in the middle of the night. Handle on the toilet is backwards. Weird. All in all it worked for a one night. Any more than that I could not have handled it.

I did not appreciate the Fox news at breakfast. The hot tub was low on chlorine and closed most of the time we were there. That was part of the reason i picked this hotel. They also had the door open from pool to outside due to pool area steaming up. It was cold.

Room wasnt too clean, dusty, mattress in the pullout bed was disgusting, shower head rusted. Had privacy tag on the door, housekeeper walked in on me coming out the shower. Pool area should be cleaned or scrubbed more often

Air ducks in room and near the hot tub was full of lint and dirty. The pool’s tile was chipped up. The hot tub title was chipped around the top and there was a ring around the top of it. Needs to be scrubbed cleaned.

Excellent stay, very family friendly hotel

The hotel was very clean, front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options for our family, and the pool was heated nicely too. We will definitely be back in the future.

This hotel was very reasonably priced especially on a weekend. It had a nice hot breakfast. I have food allergies and was still able to fill up on things that I could eat. The rooms were clean and the hotel was well maintained.

Thin walls.

The room was clean and the pool was nice. Breakfast was adequate. We were given a room that adjoins with another. We locked the adjoining door and rolled with it. However we could hear everything from the room next door. We, nor the other family had any privacy because the adjoining door absolutely did not block out sound. As a result, my daughter and I were up much later than expected as the guests next door were up well after midnight and we could hear EVERYTHING.

Here I am a week after my stay and after my bill finalized and I still don't have my "100$" deposit back. I don't want to hear it's your banks fault because I work for the bank my card is from. Until they finalize the bill you won't get your money back. They then use your money interest free until they feel like giving it back to you if you get it back at all. I am going to the Ohio AG and have them look into this practice of holding people's "deposits" intentionally and using the money for their own benefit. After my money is returned if it's returned I may or may not revise my review.

Not disgusting... but not clean either.

Somebody needs to buy the housekeeping staff some magic erasers. We were only here for a quick overnight while traveling, so we made the most of it, but you definitely get what you pay for here. This hotel is looking tired. The walls and floors in our room needed to be scrubbed and carpet deep cleaned. Moldy spots on the tub caulk and a film on the doorknobs. It wasn't disgusting, and yet - it certainly didn't feel clean.... Check in was ok. Breakfast was ok. I wouldn't return here though.
