Just 5 minutes from Luchon, this cottage boasts a beautiful mountain view and a large plot of land suitable for children and pets. The deer also love it, as they can be seen wandering around at nightfall, giving this place a special charm and a magical feel. The former farmhouse is attached but completely separate from this large, well-equipped cottage with several tables and equipment available to enjoy the large outdoor spaces. This cottage is located upstairs, accessible by an outdoor staircase. There is a fenced courtyard and green space (swings, soccer goals, balls, badminton net, pétanque), and parking. After skiing or hiking, a hot tub awaits you. On the 1st floor accessible by an external staircase: kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm) (1 double bed 140cm + 2 single bunk beds 90cm), shower room, separate toilet.
