In winter, you will benefit from direct access to the cross-country ski trail, located just a few meters from the apartment. The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing in a playful way at the Parpan Ski School. Furthermore, a beautiful and cozy toboggan run in the vicinity provides fun for both young and old. In summer, this location becomes a paradise for outdoor activities.
