Outside, there is a private decked balcony, a non-enclosed front patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. You'll find a shop and a pub in 3.2 miles plus a lake in 0.1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Fishing is available onsite for an additional fee, T&C’s do apply. Holly is sure to provide plenty of memories during your stay in Devon. The open tors of Dartmoor are a big attraction for nature lovers and walkers, while the hills of Exmoor and the surfing beaches are all a short but scenic drive away. Historic Torrington, home to RHS Rosemoor and an arts centre is within easy reach, whilst the cathedral city of Exeter with its Roman city walls, shopping centre, theatre and restaurants, makes a great day out.
