Incredible, modern luxury home perched on top of a mountain at the foothills of Chugach State Park. Located just 30 minutes from Anchorage and walking distance to one of the most popular hiking trails in the park, this beautiful house will take your breath away with it's views.

Sunsets at Loft in the Clouds is truly mesmerizing. The home was built for the most optimal sunset views throughout the property.

Large windows and glass doors to two large decks, one on each level and a large roof deck up top that gives you amazing views of Denali and the Alaska range on clear days and Sleeping Lady as well as the Knick arm inlet. Billion dollar water and mountain views from every window.

Take "Work from Anywhere" to another level with not one but two work tables and chairs in two of the bedrooms, highest speed internet and a printer on site. Enjoy working from home with views of Denali, the Alaska range and the mountains in Chugach state park.

Master bedroom also has its own deck to enjoy the views in private.

If the view is not enough for you, there's plenty of fun to be had at Loft in the Clouds. The large living area has a billiard table and wet bar as well as 65 inch TV smart tv to connect to your favorite streaming services.
