Super disappointing experience. The pool hours are 6am to 11pm and they kept closing it for hours throughout the morning when we wanted to swim for their “daily maintenance.” This should be done at night. We pick this hotel because the pool has been good in the past. We had the kids dressed and waiting to swim and the staff were rude when we asked when it would be open. We were told 30 minutes multiple times and that they would call when it was ready and they never did. We ended up changing the kids back out of swim wear and had to go find something else to do because there was no end in site. Same story the next morning and we watched another disappointed family get turned away. Won’t be coming back.

The room we had was decent. Exactly what we needed for our family of 4 plus a pup. Not great lighting in the kitchen area. Slow drain in the bathroom. Pool area needs some work. Slide wasn't working. It needs a major deep cleaning. Very dirty vents on ceiling and wall. Dirt or mold all around the tiling by the wall. Not a great look. Overall it was fine. Pretty good location. Just needs some work

I didn't end up staying. There was construction mess, questionable elevator, security lock on door broken, and fan on heating unit was squeaking and squealing. I would not have been able to sleep. I left for another hotel within 5 min of getting key to my room.

Hotel is in the works of being renovated which will help a lot, the pool area is in need of Reno’s but works. Slide for the pool was taped off. The hotel was clean and our room was clean, just happened to have a coffee cup that should have been replaced. Overall we had a good enough experience. No big complaints.

The person at the front desk was too busy flirting to even let us sign in even though it was 11:30 at night. The hotel is under construction and it's pretty rough and it just has a generally lack of warmth feeling. Not at all. Would I usually expect from a La Quinta.

Staff was not at the front desk three times when we tried to check in. Then when I went to check out the two staffers were in the back swearing and talking about the other staff horribly even when they knew I was standing there waiting!! We stay in Fargo often and we will never stay there again.
