This modern 3 bedroom home is perfect for families who want to stay close to a beach and with some great views over the ocean. Located in Mount Pleasant, it is an ideal spot for people who would want to have a beach nearby. A 30 minute drive from Christchurch Airport, and a 5 minutes drive from Sumner beach where you can go for a relaxing walk and checkout the retail shops and cafes near the beach.

The home has 3 bedrooms with Bedroom 1 and 3 containing King sized beds and Bedroom 2 containing a twin sized bed, 2 bathrooms that each have a shower, sink and toilet. There is a washing machine and a dryer for guest use and a open living area with a dining table and TV.
