Clean and well equiped rooms, friendly owners, quiet location. Loved how they had extra fleece blankets, as most hotels only have very thin blankets. Very convenient location with amazing restaurants across the street. Will book again!

The unit was excellent but the when we arrived and I asked if he wanted the Expedia booking reference he rambled on about ‘fat cats in America’ taking money offshore and that it’s better to look up the price on there and then to call the motel direct (to cut out the middle man). Was unimpressed to be lecture us like this? if you want to advertise on their platform accept get they take a commission and don’t try to circumvent the process that brought the customer to you.

A very helpful reception giving great guidance as to what was around and what to do was the start to a comfortable one night stay. The room was clean and tidy and provided all of the essentials for a quick stay. Close enough to the city centre to access plenty of restaurants and sight seeing.

The reception is very helpful with information and directions. There is no lift to the first floor, but the reception is kindly help me to carry my suitcase down. Close to the bus stops and plenty of busses on Riccarton Rd to many different destinations. Happy to stay there.
