Stunning young property is very close to Christchurch City Centre. Two minutes walk to Transitional Cathedral. Just 650m(8 mins walk) to new Convention and Exhibition Centre. Importantly you own a free secure parking located in this complex during your stay.
Three storey high quality apartment just a short walk to most popular attractions, a huge range of cafes, bars.
Double glazed window and good insulation provide a comfortable room temperature. Stylish interior designed by the owner.
Two bedrooms with two queen size beds are in upstairs. A modern bathroom with shower that has plenty of hot water.
Curling up on the couch downstairs with a glass of wine in the evening or having a cup of coffee/tea on the patio and enjoying the urban life.
A well equipped open plan kitchen and a dinning area allow you enjoy your own food.
Our newly opened Riverside Market which is worth exploring.
Please notice this is a three storey building, you must climb stairs.
I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
