駐車場代が800円とこの近辺の相場より高いです。しかも満車でとめられない。3分歩いて駅前の駐車場へとめましたが、そちらの方が半分の値段でとめられるので多少歩くのに苦にならなければホテルの駐車場は利用しなくていいと思います。

ゴールデンウィークに１泊させて頂きました。 バイクで横浜から銚子に向かいました。あいにくの悪天候で観光を取りやめ、へとへとで昼頃に到着しました。 レインウエアー、ヘルメットを玄関においたままにしてしまいましたが、ていねいに保管しておいて頂きましたご親切ほんとうにありがとうございました。 雨がやんだので、荷物を預かって頂き、銚子電鉄で犬吠埼に行きました。駅が近く便利です。 なにより最高のホスピタリティを実感した滞在でした。 ほんとうにありがとうございました。記憶に残る旅になりました。

３回目の利用です。利便性や部屋の造りは使い勝手が良く気に入っています。また、部屋の清掃担当の方は皆様感じ良く気持ちいいです。 今回も過去２回と同じリクエストをしました。それは同行者が枕が合わずに、いつも枕代わりのバスタオルを３枚リクエストしています。ところが部屋には用意されてなく、リクエストも無い。と言われたうえ、２枚目からは100円の料金がかかることを突然言われました。同行者は200円を支払いましたが、私は納得できずにリクエストの日時を伝えると、確かにリクエストメールは届いていました。バスタオル追加料金は最近かかるようになったということでした。 ・リクエストメールを確認することが何より先であるのに、こちらがクレームを言っているような気持ちにさせられました。 気に入っていたホテルでしたので、本当にがっかりで残念でなりません。
