3 double bedrooms: Two main rooms on the second floor and a one main floor overlooking the pool. The house also offers 1 bunk bedroom that can hold 2 children or babysitter.

The villa is located in an ideal location walking distance from the main city attractions and only few steps from the beach where you can have the beach all to your self.

The house has two luminous outdoor living areas surrounded by a beautiful pool, an inside living room fully furniture with modern entertainment such as large flat-screen TV offering over twenty cable channels and wireless router with full broadband facility throughout the entire house. It holds two dining rooms perfectly accommodation 8 people and has a fully equipped luxury kitchen well fitted with modern appliances, including dishwasher.

Please, bear in mind that electricity and water are at consumption (to be paid in cash on check-out), while General Cleanings are already included into the rental fee :).

Lovely Villa

The property is beautiful and the on site management team are available for any issues. The maid service was fantastic we arrived late and she waited for us and collected breakfast items for us, for the next day and prepared breakfast each morning. Keeping the house spotless throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble. Only slight issue with the property was the pool, despite numerous attempts they were unable to get the pool clear and this meant it was unusable for most of the holiday. When they said we could use it the chemicals meant it stung ur skin. Also master bedroom TV didn’t work, engineer attended quickly but it couldn’t be fixed. The communal pool was big and empty, not far from the property and we used this every day, with the added bonus of it being salt water. If you book this property consider transportation it is a distant to shops and restaurants, Security on site were helpful and ordered cabs for us when needed. As it was off season the beach was too rough although we did use a local beach bar Paul’s which was excellent and they even gave us a lift back to the villa. Overall we had a great first week of our holiday and would recommend this for people looking for a quiet relaxing holiday in a large villa for a big family.
