Great staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. From the concierge who parked my car to the front desk staff who took my luggage and showed me to my room including the standard of cooking and care in the restaurant, le Bistro a l'Hotel, across the courtyard it all went beautifully. I will definitely return.

The accommodations were absolutely wonderful and the property and surrounding area were stunning. The staff could not have been kinder and more hospitable. This place is a gem and we feel so fortunate to have been able to spend time here. Highly recommend!!

Superb room and service

Beautiful hotel with greats restaurant and bar and the best service. They walked me to the train station when I struggled to buy a ticket to Dijon online. Love the hotel’s location and the hotel bistro might be the best meal we had in 2 weeks in France. Beaune was such a great choice for the French countryside.

Gem of a hotel

This hotel is an absolute gem. The service was impeccable, the rooms are just charming. The hotel is in a perfect location to be able to walk around town. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely deceiving about the family suite. It is not in an annex but rather down a side street up an old stairway with odors from kitchens below and extremely loud. This is not booking to stay at a 5 star hotel but rather booking a mediocre 2 bedroom apartment above some shops. You get zero hotel experience. The price for what it was was absurd and the description is misleading.

the hotel is in a perfect location for the beautiful heart of Beaune. We received a delightful warm welcome from Marie, all the staff made us feel right at home. It's a lovely elegant old building carefully renovated and keeping it's original charm.

Best location in Beaune, walkable to everything. Beautiful hotel with staff they go the extra mile. Such as renting e-bikes into the burgundy wine country and getting dinner reservations. Will stay here again.
