Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Lights out and nobody home!!!!!!!!!

We didn’t even check in to this hotel! When we got there, it was dark and the front door was open but nobody was there. The taxi driver even asked where are the people and he said he didn’t know. Is it possible to get my money back?
