The excessively loud music from the bar across the street is a bit annoying in the night, also would be great to install a guess card access system to the hotel after midnight, feel a bit insecure because anyone can enter to the hotel and get access to rooms if the front desk personal is not looking.

I didn’t stay here because the property it was duty and unsafe. I talk to the front desk and then called to Expedia but nothing happened they did not return my money or Expedia give us a credit about this. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

There is hair on the bathroom floor shower curtain dragging in the shower toilet paper holder not available. Carpets are extremely dirty and worn out, remote control for the television has no batteries and was never inspected as the battery cover was not even on it. Bedspreads and linens are dirty with stains and never replaced. Very dirty Hotel.

Room assigned was very hot. Changed room and AC worked ok. Upon leaving room, electricity shut off and coming back in room was hot. Had to wait for over 15 mins to drop temperature inside room. Outside hallways and lobby were very hot. Staff and cleaning crew complained and had an argument in front of my family which made us very uncomfortable and on a hostile environment

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and the staff is horrible! They they their sweet time and you need to wait for check in even if it's 3pm. Honestly I do not recommend it

The hotel was dirty, dark, it smelled, there was no one else there and there was a neon light in room, the mattress looked dirty. We were traveling with our 2 young daughters I was afraid to even get they into their pijamas and under the bed. The girl in the front desk was very nice and helpful but we could not stay there. We turn in the key and left
