El hotel es precioso. El problema es que para realizar el checking tuvimos que esperar una hora. Cuatro mostradores y en algunos dos personas y el servicio iba extremadamente lento. Por otro lado para el desayuno (que era de 7.30 a 11h tuvimos que esperar 50 minutos para poder entrar y eso que bajamos a las 10. La respuesta fue que debíamos haber bajado antes, respuesta inadecuada teniendo en cuenta que uno va a descansar y si el desayuno es de 7.30 a 11 deben atenderte en ese horarios. Les faltó personal y el lugar del desayuno era un caos. Muchas mesas vacías y gente de pie en la cola esperando para entrar. Perdimos mucho tiempo en estas cosas.
