Overpriced for the amenities offered

We stayed here with hopes of utilizing its advertised amenities, including the Rooftop Bar but every night there were private events that prevented us from accessing the rooftop and we were still charged a daily resort fee. The restaurant closes early and there are limited food/drink options after 9pm when the rooftop is not accessible. The staff made a different excuse daily as to why we couldn’t access the rooftop. This hotel does have a nice gym.

When we arrived the front desk person was very nice. But after hours the front desk was the worst. She was not polite. I paid $850 for one night to get treat like motel. Definitely never coming back to this hotel ever again.. my girlfriend and I need it water and she didn’t even talk us and keep ignoring.

We arrived in CHI around 8 am caught the O-line (orange line) From Midway literally to the front door of the wit for $5. We were able to check in immediately. Zach or Zack the young man who helped us was incredibly professional and kind. He was very helpful with suggestions of what to see and eat. The property is walkable to ALL of the attractions. The hotel was kind enough to keep our bags after check out while we explored the city more since we had a late flight. The property has a beautiful rooftop restaurant. The food was just ok. There are so many food options in the city, save your money and go to one of those.Overall the hotel was nice, clean, quiet and convenient. Perfect for our 39 hour visit. I can't wait to go back.
