From the moment we contacting them through our stay they would check in to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything. The unit was clean + safe + quiet. And the view from the patio + our bedroom was amazing!!!

Rented a two bed room suite.. perfect for my family. The only problem was the hid-a-bed sofa which had a broken frame, thus we were unable to use it. This was not really a problem for us.

I came down to my niece's graduation at nearby UIC and was very pleased with the accommodation and room. Communication as far as check in and out was handled via text which I was fine with, plus they provide with a detailed guide for your stay. Very handy. I definitely will recommend this place.

The stay was nice. Lots of restaurants around. Parking was not great and expensive, but that is not the owner's fault. My family did get stuck in the elevator the first night, which was scary, again not owner's fault. But overall was a good stay and we would stay agian.
