Bar staff really annoyed me. Had a drink 1 at the bar 1 of the evenings i stayed. Was ignored initially and was not treated like a guest. Why give a tip when service charge was so poor. Only good experience we had during our stay when we where leaving... the bell hop was nice.

The carpet in the room was not clean and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly and we had a bad experience with the room service for our food. The starter Lobster Bisque came to the room only as dry ingredients - lobster and croutons! I had to call the restaurant to report this. The only pleasant experience was the valet service.

The room was kept clean all the time. The reason for deducting one star was, I had to call everyday for extra bottles of water to accommodate for 4 people and to make the sofa-bed since we were unaware of it's working. Apart from that, I think the stay was extremely pleasant.
