Lovely Hotel w A Few Problems

Beautifully appointed, clean and neat. Mattress was awful. Check-in process was BEYOND confusing. It had me so stressed. The young woman working the phone and desk was VERY helpful. The emails regarding remote check in are very confusing.

My phone broke, so I couldn’t get the punch code to access my room key, and I tried contacting the virtual customer services via a landline multiple times and couldn’t reach anyone, so I had to pay for another room at a hotel with a front desk staff AND not get a refund for not being able to stay at this hotel even though I tried multiple times to contact them.

I requested early check in for 1, I didn’t get a text to check in until 6:22 pm. Single parent traveling with 3 children and service dog makes this past time check inconvenient. I would rather not pay extra charges for 6 drinks in the room and still haven’t been given the code for the $25 restaurant gift card that it said I would get. This hotel is for people looking to visit the bars. The noise from the bars kept us up until 3 am. There was no where safe or close to walk the service animal for bathroom breaks. The room seemed clean and maintained except for the hole by the table.
