I want a refund

We couldn't stay at this home because the sink and toilets backed up into the shower and bathtub. The owner did not respond when we asked them to call us about it. We had to find other arrangements for 8 people and my dog at the last minute at 7 pm the Saturday night of a holiday weekend. VRBO keeps asking us to wait longer for the host to respond to our refund request, but we are already home and this is just ridiculous. It's been a week already. I am beyond angry and disgusted.
