The location was a little confusing at first, but once we became more familiar with the area, it was pretty conveniently located, right on the water and close to many busses. The staff was helpful and attentive.

I really enjoyed the customer friendly atmosphere; From the beginning Eugene, got me started with onboard/Checking into my room following up with me daily on my 3 week stay. Manny the restaurant manager introduce the menu favorites and best rates applicable, along with brotherly conversation, and Arley my house keeping friend was so sweet and kind, that I did not want to leave!, But my question was How or why did I not receive any points or rewards for my extended stay?

Hotel is in a great location with ample transportation and access to river walk and lakefront nearby. Self-parking was difficult and expensive. Their parking garage is not really built to handle SUVs. On a side note, their bathroom amenities are the best specifically, their shampoo and conditioner. It's by Purovel, it is AMAZING. I want to go back just to use those products as I have been unable to purchase those products online.

My only concern regarding the room was the significant elevator noise, audible throughout the day and night. The hotel should consider implementing soundproofing to mitigate this issue.

My wife & I spent a 4 day weekend at the Swissotel & it was the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. The staff, specifically Kia, Joseph, and Bailey were more than accommodating & friendly. The hotel is right on the riverfront & extremely close to restaurants & shops. We can’t wait to go back to Chicago & stay at the Swissotel
