Don't Do IT

The location was good. The cost was fair. The hotel room overall was ok. The service was terrible; they were never at the desk. The breakfast is ridiculous: warm milk and juice, stale cereal. Looks like they were trying to feed us someone's leftovers. Lastly, you're in South Holland, so homeless, addicts, arguments, and crime are all around you. A couple was arguing and fighting outside our window from 1 am to 4 am, and no one stopped them. Won't stay here again!

The only thing I enjoyed was that the bed was comfortable. The carpet needs cleaning, and the hotel needs more amenities. The most irritating is that they use too much incense at certain times, and the smell comes into your room.

Hotel rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were dirty. I had informed the hotel on my late check in. In spite of that they gave our booked rooms to other guests. They gave us small beds instead of queen beds which we originally booked. Last day our key cards got inactivated and took very long to get them activated. The staff had to manually open the door. Overall very bad experience

Great location, more dining options would have been nice. I did not like that a restroom was not available in the lobby. I had to wait until I got a room key to go to the restroom!! I wasn’t pleased with that.

The appearance was nasty and abandoned looking, also smelled of tobacco smoke in the room. They would not change rooms. They also did not bring fresh towels to the room.
