The staff was fine but the room itself was so dirty. What looked like either bed bugs or little roaches were crawling on the bed and then a spider came down from the ceiling and was just hanging, as someone who is terrified of spiders and bugs I had to check out immediately. Also the bedding had pubes in it, honestly just take your money elsewhere

Website said 'full size refrigerator/FREEZER'. NOT TRUE. Mini fridge only. Front desk apologized but said no rooms had a freezer. Couldn't keep medical insulin cold. Also air conditioner well out of reach. Needed to stand on a chair and never did feel cool air come out all night.

The room was NOT as pictured. It was old and dated. Raggedy furniture and paper thin walls. I was very uncomfortable with hearing neighbors having sex and being very loud. It was just not what i wxpected at all. Trashy hotel and clients. This was a great reminder to not wait because i settled for this trashy place.

We had a slight issue with theTV but Kate resolved in no time. She was very patience with the my questions, very friendly and helpful. Her demeanor is of great customer service

The Executive room is spacious. The bed is a true King size bed . The bathroom had a very terrible odor when you first open the door as if someone had just used the bathroom and something had came out of their body fouled. Inspite of the smell I would day it is still worth the price and I will be coming again
