Hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful. The only thing I have a problem is having to pay $32 a day for parking in the hotel parking lot when you are already paying for the room. It should either be included in room cost or some kind of discount because that was a little outrageous.

Dirtiest hotel room I have stayed in! Clearly wasn’t vacuumed, purple marker on couch and what appears to be “male human fluid” stains on the couch as well. Ice machine doesn’t work on floor 3, so I went to floor 4 and it was the grossest smell coming out of the ice machine or garbage. Completely unacceptable!!!

I ended up sleeping in my car and driving all night because I was charged twice in addition to $1, however, the hotel staff did NOT honor my payment with a stay/ keys to a room. They advised they show no authorization for the payment received instead that it declined. Today, I received two receipts for the hotel stay when I actually spend two nights in Chicago snow in my car. A terrible, life-changing experience. I've never had such an event when booking a hotel for the weekend

We rated this way due to us being placed in a room that had a broken shower faucet. After some time the staff called to have us moved to another room due to facilities fixing the issue that evening. We were offered nothing for our inconvenience. The new room had a working faucet but also had what looked to be blood stains on the floor. This hotel also charges 33 to park on their property. The great thing we encountered was the large choice of continental breakfast.
