All of the staff were incredibly friendly especially Lamar at the front desk. He greated us by our name each time he saw us. The rooms were spacious and clean. Amazing lake view. Simple breakfast but it's what we expected. Meat (bacon or sausage depending on the day), scrambled eggs, potatoes, bread, english muffins, bagels, yogurt, granola and juice. Traveled with a group of friends and they all seemed pleased with their rooms and the service from the staff. Would recommended this hotel to others.

I’ve never had a better hotel experience in Chicago. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, the service was impeccable. It is within walking distance to the stores on Michigan Ave. Breakfast always had a great selection - a great start to the day!

Almost five stars. The room is super clean, hot water, coffee maker, AC, fridge, microwave are all functioning properly. Two improvements can be made: 1. Please include some fresh fruit for breakfast, even some cheap banana and apples would do for a healthier, balanced diet. 2. TV remote was a huge let down, the buttons didn't work. The TV was not connected to internet. Can't even watch basic free Youtube. My 9 years old was restless without it. Other than those, staff are wonderful and the room is clean.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious. The sheets and towels were fresh. And the staff were very friendly. The thing I like the most is that it’s only a block away from Michigan st. Walking the magnificent mile was a breeze from here. I will definitely be booking again.

Very odd stay. The rooms were large so that was nice. But outside of that very strange. Took forever to check in and they said credit card machine may not work. Almost all systems seemed to be down meaning I couldn’t get a receipt at checkout. On check-in they had to escort me to my room because they didn’t know if keys worked. I asked to buy waters and they said I couldn’t because of management disputes with the food vendor and of course did not provide waters in the room or any direction on where to get. Will not be staying here again but was genuinely surprised by how poorly managed and bad the experience was give. The price of the room.
