The new remodel to this hotel has made it so much nicer than it was years ago. Our suite was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised by all the upgrades I got due to my member status.

It was a good hotel with no housekeeping for us because we only stayed for 3 days. That is what the reception lady told me when i asked for someone to clean our room, towels and toilet paper were the only thing they left over the sofa. Nothing more. They didn't even get the towels on the floor. But other than that, it was ok.

Great layout with two rooms and comfortable beds. And great location near beach and mag mile. Staff uneven. Some exceptional and others not. Sometimes car valet quick and other times took 30 minutes to get car. Ice maker in room didn’t work and toilet was detaching so would bang when anyone sat on it. But convenient location for sure and free breakfast. If they could get the other details right it would be outstanding. Still recommend but giving it a four vs five

We loved the service Jamal provided at the front desk!! So helpful, kind, and considerate of our needs. Great location for all the sights and activities of downtown Chicago. We felt the room / carpet could have been cleaner, and we only received one dishwasher soap / no dish soap. Bathroom fan didn't work. Otherwise a nice stay!

We had a great stay here with no issues! Right by the lake and all the stores, great location and walkable to a bunch of places, never felt unsafe, and great price for a group of 4 friends!
