Incredibly convenient for us. We saw a show at the Aon Grand Ballroom and didn't have to go outside to get back to our room. Couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay.

Had a hard time getting checked in. They wouldn’t take the card I had paid with online. They were telling me I was going to have to ask Expedia for a refund. But I wind up speaking to. Manager and she figured thing an out for me and made an exception. Other than that the stay was great. Just stressed me out trying to get checked in.

Very cool room! Renovated and modern with a great view of the lake. Lots of shopping and dining attached to the hotel/pier. We loved the vicinity of the bus terminal for transportation around Chicago. Very far walk through the pier to actually reach the lobby. Be prepared!

Worth it!

Super clean rooms with amazing views. We love Navy Pier but have never stayed at the hotel on the pier before. Deals can be found if your travel dates are flexible.
